Website content, brand identity, product descriptions, graphics and original materials are intended for Norevia's use and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.
Refund / Return Policy
Unused physical products may be requested for return within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original condition and packaging where applicable. Used, personalised or damaged products may not qualify.
To request a return, email norevia.study@gmail.com with your order number, reason and clear photos if the product arrived damaged. Approved returns are reviewed before a refund or replacement is arranged. Return courier costs may apply depending on the reason for return.
Shipping Policy
Norevia currently targets delivery across Pakistan. Standard delivery is usually 3–6 working days after order confirmation; remote locations can take longer. Orders of Rs. 3,000 or more qualify for free standard delivery. Smaller orders carry a standard Rs. 180 shipping charge in this demo store.
Important Website Note
This version is a frontend launch prototype. Checkout and order confirmation work locally in the browser using localStorage; no real payment gateway, courier API or backend order database is connected yet.
